About AstroTech Insights

Building bridges between aerospace innovation and analytical understanding

Our Story

Founded in 2018 in Munich, Germany, AstroTech Insights emerged from a shared vision among aerospace engineers, policy analysts, and technology researchers who recognized a critical gap in how space industry developments were being communicated and understood.

We saw that while space technology was advancing at an unprecedented pace, there was a shortage of comprehensive, analytically rigorous resources that could help professionals and enthusiasts alike navigate this complex landscape. Our founders brought together decades of combined experience in spacecraft systems, propulsion engineering, satellite operations, and aerospace policy to create a platform dedicated to deep, objective analysis.

Over the past seven years, we have evolved from a small research collective into a recognized source of aerospace insights, covering over 150 projects and engaging with more than 60 industry experts across 25 countries. Our work spans technical reviews, policy analysis, and forward-looking assessments of emerging technologies.
